Find and edit existing agents
- Open Realtors → Active Realtors or Inactive Realtors.
- Filter by Office when multi-office is enabled.
- Type in Search to find agents by name or email — the list refreshes as you type.
- Click a row to open the agent record for edits: contact details, office, banking, and account status.
- Use Export (Excel) on the filter bar to download the filtered list with extended fields.
To inactivate an agent, open the record and use the status control your brokerage enables. Restore inactive agents from Inactive Realtors.
Teams and payment setup
After the account exists:
- Open Realtors → Manage Teams when your brokerage uses teams — assign the agent to a team and team leader as required.
- On the agent record, maintain EFT banking and credit-card details when your office pays commissions electronically or recovers expenses by card.
