Before you work through the office-side modules, spend time in the agent training course. Your team reviews and completes work that agents start in Transaction Room — knowing their path helps you interpret submissions, coach agents, and spot missing data before approval.

Why staff should read the agent course

Agents navigate RealDesk from the realtor portal: left menu, Transaction Room dashboard, client and listing forms, and financial tools that differ from the broker workspace.

When you understand that path, you can:

  • Read Notes to Office and incomplete returns with the right context
  • Tell an agent the correct next step without guessing
  • Spot missing clients, forms, or commission fields during review

You do not need to memorize every agent screen — focus on how submissions are created and what agents see while waiting on the office.

What to prioritize

If time is limited, read these agent modules first:

  1. Navigate the Platform — dashboard, left menu, Transaction Room entry points
  2. Add Clients — how agents create clients before listings and deals
  3. Add and Update Deals — submission flow, forms, Save Draft, Submit
  4. Work With Your Office — pending review, incomplete items, resubmit

Then skim Add and Update Listings, Lawyer Info, and Financial Statistics when those topics come up in your role.
