Interactive tour with screenshots — no sign-in required.
Part of Broker / Staff Basic Training.
After a deal is firm, the listing agent usually enters lawyer contacts. That creates a conveyance approval in Transaction Room with Ready to be Sent status. Staff then review the conveyance form, send it to cooperating brokerages and lawyers, and the sent snapshot is locked for reference.

Ready to be Sent in Transaction Room
- When a deal goes firm, the listing agent receives an email (RealDesk Transaction Room - Update Your Firm Deal) asking them to submit lawyer/notary contacts and sign the Trade Record Sheet when required.
- After the agent saves Lawyer Info, a conveyance row appears in Transaction Room with Ready to be Sent status.
- Filter Type to Conveyances and Status to Ready to be Sent.
- Click Manage on the row to open the Conveyance Form.
